Your PDF files never leave your device

The core promise of this site is simple: the PDF files you search are read and processed entirely within your own browser using the pdf.js library. Their contents are never uploaded, stored, logged or transmitted to us or to any third party. When you close or reload the tab, the files are gone from memory.

Cookies and local storage

The tool itself does not require cookies to function. We do not set cookies to track you across the web. If we add a feature that remembers a preference (such as a checkbox setting), it would use your browser's local storage on your own device only.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how many people visit which pages. This never includes the contents of your files, which are not accessible to us in the first place.

Advertising and third parties

This site may display advertising to cover its costs. If we use Google AdSense, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
